Device Enrollment for iPhone & iPad
The steps below will guide you through the process of enrolling your iPhone/iPad to access Nabholz/Entegrity Corporate data.
1. If an existing profile is already installed, you will need to remove this profile before continuing. Please check for an existing profile on your iPhone:
a. Open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management
b. If you see any profile under "Mobile Device Management" (like below), select the profile and Remove Management

2. Ensure you are connected to the corporate network by connecting to the Nabholz Guest/Entegrity Guest wireless network from one of our offices or jobsites (this is a one-time requirement)
3. Navigate to the web enrollment page in Safari on your iPhone/iPad (https://portal.manage.microsoft.com/enrollment/webenrollment/ios) OR scan the QR Code Below:

4. You will need to sign in with your Nabholz/Entegrity Email and Password

5. On the Enrollment Welcome page, select Get started

6. Select Allow to download the configuration profile.
Within 30 seconds, you’ll see a prompt that the profile has downloaded, select Close.

7. Go to your iPhone/iPad home screen, open the Settings app, and select Profile Downloaded
(If you do not see "Profile Downloaded", please check in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management)

8. Select Install on the next three prompts and then select Trust


9. When the profile installation is complete, select Done

10. Go to the home screen. Within one minute, you should see an App Installation prompt for Microsoft Authenticator, select Install

11. The Microsoft Authenticator app will appear on your home screen within a couple minutes.
Please wait 5 minutes before proceeding to the next step.

12. To confirm that your phone is Compliant, go to https://portal.manage.microsoft.com (from any device) or use the QR Code Below.

- Select the Menu button
- Select Devices
- Select your iPhone/iPad to open the details
- Verify that Status shows “Can access company resources”

That's it! You are now Compliant and able to receive email and other Nabholz Corporate data on your iPhone/iPad.
You can remove the Nabholz Enrollment Profile at anytime, by following the steps here: https://nabholz.freshservice.com/support/solutions/articles/21004736051.
Please note: If the profile is removed, you will no longer be able to view Nabholz Corporate data on your iPhone/iPad.
